| Ive used it on an 8 week course combined with ZMA.I didnt notice any effects etc. I suspect its not particularly usefull unless your natural levels of TEstosterone are below normal.

| It was a mission to take the tabs before bed, and not be able to take the protein shake at the same time..I love my protein drink before bed..
