digestive enzymes have a good reputation, i dont have it as bad as i once did, however i live alone so there is the ability to just release poo increases have never really affected me a lot, even when the food was upped a lot i was only maybe having an extra dump a day for me fibre and water help, however if you're 5hitting a lot maybe fibre isnt the way forward |

slowly increase your protein, especially in the form of shakes. When i used to just dabble in training etc when i was younger, i would take on 4-6 scoops of protein a day... then i would go on a 2 month bender... then sort myself out and hardcore training again diet again... Each time i jumped straight in i would have serious trouble with my guts... so i just started off with a couple then added in a couple more... Now i get most of my protein from real food, with just some in the form of powder post work out, and before bed. I find most of my wind is caused by veg. |
