Going for a MRI and Xray.

So as you may or not know, iv been having problems with my lower back. And iv been having physio for a long time on it, thing is its not helping one bit.

So i have got Private Medical through work, and im now booked into Ross Hall hospital in Glasgow to see a Back Specialist, to get an MRI and Xray done to see what the hell is going on??

Anyone been for an MRI or had private medical done??

Hey Geo,
SOrry to hear you are having problems. I have had several MRI's done of my knee, hope you arent claustrophobic dude
Takes about 30 mins, is basically a big tube that makes a lot of noise. You cant take anything metal in there as the magnet will snatch it from you

yes ive had about 5 MRI s on my torn bicep

1st one I paid private to get seen straight away, cost £500 which was cheap as felt sorry for me as no medical inusrance...

If your a big guy you might struggle on fit machine depending on which one they got. I did

But you have to lay there for about an hour motionless... All Good
