Well I never thought I would say it but last night I exclaimed like a school age sissy 'I am not going out I have nothing to wear!!' Now this wasn't due to a lack of options, I have clothes, lots, it was due to beasting my legs in the gym yesterday morning which remained pumped all day (and night) swelling by an extra 2" in diameter!!!! This meant nothing but tracky bums fitted me I couldn't get any of my jeans past my thighs and the local clubs have door policies which would prevent me wearing trackies (not that I would) in their establishment. I tried on everything and finally found a pair of trousers that just fitted, even my baggy combats wouldn't fit me and I only bought em a month ago!! Moral: Being on cycle is damn fine, but make sure you got money for new clothes as you are gonna outgrow your old ones quicker than a pubescent teenager ;) Lol, I had a good night but my little soldier was a suffering claustrophobia by 1 so I had to leave early carrying my pi**ed GF on my back :boohoo: Take care all SD

| Looking Freaky | now that is funny! My NYE was pretty dull - the place we were working was pretty much empty by about 10.30... and we left at 12.30- hey at least we were paid until 2am.. ended the night badly as some ****ed t*at couldn't reverse their rangerover down the lane (even though it was about 20 yds) and nearly ended up hitting me - I had to reverse 200yds (which in a lowered car with tinted windows up a country lane is pretty hard!) I didn't have time to get out of the car to have a go at the other driver and prevent them form driving off - anyone that ****ed shouldn't be on the road - so the wife ended up in a massive strop with me..... :( |

| UK-M's Token Aussie | Mine was a ball. Since I am still on a break from the gym due to the dodgy hours it's open around this time gives me a good excuse to get plastered whenever I want Only drunk anything on NYE though, havnt had a thing since I started my break. Been doing stuff at home but yeh anyway about NY.. Went to a mate's place.. He was just having a small gathering of mates and we hung out and watched the fireworks from his living room. |
