![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | cramps every time i work my abs i get a huge cramp across the bottom of my stomach, also when lifting anything over 70k above my head i get a crap in my butt, yea seriously! my butt i thought it might be excess water weight but im 2 months post cycle and im still getting them, i thought it could be tightness in my hamstrings or lower back that affecting my glutes but after stretching them out pre workout im still geting them any ideas why im getting them?? |
