any u guys get bothers with strech marks with forcing the skin to strech as the muscle is forced bigger . im bothered with it in the cornerr of my arm , where the arm meets the shoulder , is there any way of preventing it so its isnt so bad ?

Some say vitamin e oil, some say eat more protein. Others say tanning beds. Dont worry mate they will fad in time. Do you think they will even notice the stretch marks with all those tats?

mothercare sell some cream to get rid of them... but they never go just fade unfortunatly

i have them in the same place as you mine were really purple for a while theyve gone now and are just shiney and you cant even notice them it took about 6 months and i never used anything to get rid

They are bastard no doubt!

But you have them in the best place mate!

I went to a holland and barrett and bought a big bottle of health aid vitamin E lotion and a small bottle of pure Vit E oil, I mix them and rub them on once a day, also but a few drops of the oil im my bath water, cost about £15 but well worth it, stretch marks have not spread or enlarged at all since I got it, hasn't had much effect on the ones I already had though.

i go on tanning beds and mine are less obvious now , tattoos some people charge you more as the needles tend to break due to the tough stretched skin

Mine have never faded always a deep red colour.

try to keep your skin well oiled and soft as this will give it a little extra elasticity.
