to-do list

so whats on your to-do list today? Been slightly bored and desperate for stimulus :P my day will be as follows
  1. Shower
  2. Haircut
  3. KFC
  4. Cinema for 1
  5. Bit of cardio at the gym
  6. Watch telly

Get up, cook and eat breakfast
Gym - new workout- ouch!
shower and wash hair
Dress and go to bank and supermarket to stock up on protein.
Cook and eat lunch.
Spend an hour on UK muscle and answering emails
Clean house
snack and coffee
Ache from workout
Write training journal
Dry and iron washing.
cook and eat evening meal
Fill water cannisters with spring water
Alter my clothes that are too big for me (again)
Go back on uk muscle and write journal
relax and watch tv or read
protein shake
Go to bed

whoa greeky goddess busy day hey :P well daylights wasted I better get off my fat ass and get out the house or it will be too late to do anything and my day will be a write off by 3 o clock so gotta love ya and leave ya folks..although its hard to drag myself away from the computer

That's just a standard weekday, I get busier at weekends or in the summer when I work as well. Luckily the DP diet has filled me with energy this time!
