Probably not - but then again, mother nature didn't intend for people to be muscular. The human body does whatever it can NOT to get muscular and mother nature assists in that.

The egg is perfect so dont mess with how it comes already prepackaged and full of goodness.
It's cool if you're able to get big and cut from eating whole eggs. Most people can't/don't. I know that I only have a set number of calories to eat per day and if I squander a huge number of them on fats, then that's less protein that I can eat. That's NOT to say fats are bad of course.

If you're willing to shun the benefits of getting the right macronutrient levels in your diet, that's up to you. But you're one of the lucky ones if you can get by without getting them right. Unless my macronutrient levels are near perfect, I end up looking like ****.

On an anecdotal level, I have not seen many cutting diets that contain whole eggs. That's not to say you can't get cut on whole eggs - but there's GOT to be a reason why 99.999% of bodybuilders, even now with much better scientific information, cut with egg whites and not whole eggs.

Because nowadays people rely on drugs and growth hormone, just look back to the pioneers of the sport they got ripped on whole eggs or just ask "shib" I have him on a dozen a day.

If we werent meant to get muscular we wouldnt have muscles, and how do we know that our ancestors werent muscular??? ever tried to lift some of that armour they wore or held one of those huge swords they used to swing around or pull back on a long bow, with a tork(sp)of over 600lbs,you cant tell me people in the past werent muscular.

I dont shun anything I just "listen" to my body and what it says to me through cravings/energy needs etc etc etc,why get hung up and stressed out having to count every teenie weenie calorie or macronutrient

Hold on, I thought we ended the great egg debate on here some time ago

have a look at:
http://www.uk-muscle.co.uk/showthrea...4&page=2&pp=15
it is a good read...

I fall on the side of OSC on this one... I like whole eggs, they are a pretty much perfect food - Just make sure you eat good ones (by that I mean form healthy happy chickens - free range).
