Looks like I had better put a disclaimer in my sig then stating that I`m not really "smart" just a bit "cookie" at times

Just goes to show though the times we live in,in that you have to be real carefull about the advice/help you give out as you never really truly know what the person at the other side if the keyboard is going to interpret it and how they are going to apply it to themselves,now matter how much we all like to help others in a positive way theres always some idiot out there that will

(a)post some idiotic advice(diet/cycles)
(b)take what you say to an extreme level and hurt themselves.

man bring back the good old simple days of the 80`s(my time,lol)when all you did was read it and try it,not have to expect a medical/scientific study to go with it before you would even entertain the idea and a degree to even understand the mummbo jumbo that was written to back up the bloody idea in the first place.

lol one is doing very well and has lost about 7lbs of weight with a serious increase in the weight he's shifting, the other is being a bit slack about updates, he may also be doing well but I don't know because he won't tell me
