| cookie monster | sleep as every 1 know sleep is the mostimportant thing to a growing person!!! recently i havent been sleeping im mean literally im a 17 yr old kid that cant sleep im up all nite and working all day!!!! can some 1 recomend somthing to help me sleep!!!!

| UK-Muscle Male Animal | Clear your mind mate. Meditation would be good. Read a book before you got to bed. Calcium is natures tranquilizer. Zma is good too, but dont take it with calcium. Warm milk is also good. When you lie in bed dont worry about sleeping. Just tell yourself that if I dont sleep then I dont need it. There was a study about people that said that they dont sleep at all. Well it turned out that they all did. Your body will get sleep to sustain life.

Do something before you go to bed everynight (take a bath, warm milky drink, listen to a relaxing cd etc.)After a while you body will begin to relate this activity with going to sleep and you will naturally get sleep whn you do it. Also - go to a healthfood shop and buy some herbal tea made with valerian root. Oh and if all else fails a good old fashioned tommy tank ususlly sends me off LOL:p |
