Hi everyone ..

It has been mentioned that not everybody wishes to pay our £4.95 next day delivery charge .. I guess that's my fault for assuming that everybody is impatient like me!

So, sorry for that - my mistake.

Based on this we are going to implement a revised delivery structure with an 'economy delivery' service for all you casual laid back people

If anybody wants to chip in any ideas, knows of a good courier service, or has any further suggestions to help us improve our site & service, I'd be happy to hear them.

Naa, honestally, i dont think people will mind waiting a few extra days for there order, because if your like me i order my supplements way in advance anyway

I don't i'm terrible i end up panicking and waiting days with no protein powder living off milk protein, ummmm i like it but man does the lactose make me fart......my g/f bought me some charcoal tabs as i kept dunking her head under the covers and making her breathe in the goodstuff!

Man does she whine about it though, don't know why she should be grateful, people in Munich pay good money for things like that.
