hey im jst writing in to see what peoples 1rep max is? and what ur age and weight is to go with it. as some people may know im 17 yrs old and i have a 1 rep max of 180kg deadlift 150kg squat and a 100kg bench and am 100% clean the only thing i use is protien and the odd ephugen now and again.

I wouldnt be able to tell you what my 1 rep maxes are tbh as i dont do them. Reps for me baby.

Really good lifts mate - I don't do 1RMs, at the moment I'm shifting 140kg on Squats for sets of 12, 90kg Bench for 8's and 160 for 3's on Deadlift.
Deadlifts are lagging coz of my grip (delicate little hands!) but I don't want to wear straps - if you can't hold it, don't lift it!!

Dton really know mine at the moment, im new to squats, and up to 140kg on them already, still goin up every week (thats for reps of 8 and 4 sets btw)

As for bench, i use 100kg for reps and sets, depends what i feel like on the day.

And age, just turned 20

Try wrapping a thin t-shirt around the bar. I do that as my hands get really sweaty when doing deads.

Yeah, ive only been trainin for 3 yrs ish now, most people here been trianing alot longer ill catch up, only time will tell, im looking forward to being 250lbs
