 | too old to be MASSIVE Hi all,just something niggling me.I trained for 5 years wasn't massive just a bit bigger had 3years off .Now I'm 30 thought right I want to be huge as I'm only 5'6 .A guy at work not a BB said I have left it too late as you need years to build up.I thought it would take a couple years then I would plateau a bit but most of my growing would be done. I'm not looking to be cut so If I carry on bulking would this help me get nearer to my max size quicker? cheers jas |

| 30 aint too young, eat clean and lift heavy and you'll get there. (Wish I was 30 again  )

| i was 30 before i got into bodybuilding seriously. You can still make good gains, although probably a bit slower than a lad whose in his early 20`s would. Ive known people who have got into bodybuilding in their 40`s and 50`s. |
