Ollie, Your PCT may be fine for somebody else but it can be surprising how long it can take for test levels to reach normal. For example I quite often follow the standard 3 week PCT nolva and clomid and then when come off pct start getting puffy nips and libido crap alogn with no motivation to train etc. I have done this 3 times and will finally learn from it and take a longer PCT if theres a next time. You thinking you look crap on steroids is another symtom of the poor test levels(low self image and confidence) Serious mate listen up to people such as Hacksi as he also suffers hard shutdown and knows the symtoms all too well. Also some great suggestions there abut mixing it up or take a break. I once started a routine that i found i hated and continued with it for a couple of months. it put me off for long time. If you don't enjoy change it. Cheers Colin
