![]() | Hi guys first post for me though i have have been reading forums for a while.... Well i'll give some background on myself: Started bb about 7 yrs ago, but gave up for three yrs due to spine and neck injuries caused by accident at work. Started lifting again about 1yr ago.. doing quite well, although tryin to be carefull with back. Decided to try a prohormone stack cycle, as my friend tried it and produced some very good gains from it... Diet: 8am meal 1: 100g oats/6 egg whites+2 yokes/black coffee and 1/2 pint water/protein shake / fish oils / vits / androstack / milk thistle / tribulus 10:30: protein shake 12 noon meal2: 100g boiled brown rice/8oz/chicken fillet/brocholi or sweetcorn / pineapple or grapefruit 1.30: protein shake 3pm meal 3: 100g pasta/185g tin tuna / tomatoesor sweetcorn/ water 4.30: protein shake 6pm meal 4: lrg baked potatoe/8oz chicken fillet/pineapple or grapefruit 7pm: 2x banana workout post workout - protein shake/ creatine / adrostack pm 9pm: 70g oats / 6 egg white+2yokes/black coffee 10pm: 1pt water protein shake and i workout 4 times a week.... The problem is in the last three weeks i have put on 14kg from 132lb to 164 lb ( this cant be normal... think im going to explode). Im only half way through cycle - your thoughts stop or explode!!! ![]() | Yeah... i feel very bloated. Notice a it of a gut comming on.. love handles i already had lol... What would you recommend to change with the diet,or to lose the water ? I dont know but this gain seems to much to quickly - my friend had good gains but nothing like this(makes me think something is going wrong? |

![]() ![]() | Hi mate I recently gained alot of weight, about 24 pounds in 3 weeks, I'm also 5.8, I think I gained my weight really quick because I was under weight to begin with. If you ever weighed more than 132 in the past, then it is prolly muscle memory causing the rapid gains, not to mention the nice diet you are on. I was only on creatine and a 1000+ calorie shake but had good gains for the first few weeks. Im about to try m1t starting sunday, just waiting for the nolva to arrive. |

Although it does sound like alot of weight gain is such a short period of time. This can be dieted off later tho and gains are gains no matter how you slice it. Just be happy that you can make the gains. Keep it up! Pro-hormones and creatine, I would run but not creatine and gear (waste).

| UK-Muscle Male Animal | Thirty 32 pound in 3 weeks? What ever you are smoking I want some! I could see it in a 500 pound man, but you need to go back and give us the correct numbers. All this from a prohormone stack cycle. Yea he stacked it with 1g of tes and some anadrol and upped his intake by 2................lol. If this ins't b.s. You will be needing some nolva or clomid, hell maybe even some proviron...............lol Show some pics mate. ![]()

![]() ![]() ![]() | I would say continue to explode mate..... At a glance the carbs look a tad high (to me) must be approaching 500grms, maybe cut 25grm from a couple of meals. Also just how are you finding eating so much? is it easy?? or do you force it down?? Regards Leanman |
