![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: how does everyone find work and eating?.. i work away and stay in hotels alot this week i am away monday till friday, i buy Oats-so-simple individual sachets mix these with protein powder and have these for some meals other meals are couscous and tuna with added olive oil or olives for good fats. i make them up the in the morning then just take them with me, to be honest their is no reason for not eating good clean foods whilst working their are plenty of options now a days....

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: how does everyone find work and eating?.. one good way to get round it if you dont smoke just say if smokers can go for smoke breaks when they want you can go for a break to eat. and if they dont like that just say you have taken up smoking and instead eat when you go out side. its easy for me i have breakfast at about 6:45 then a 15 min break at 10:00 then dinner time is at 12:30 but at 3 i just have some thing to eat that is already prepared then i have tea at 17:30 then i can usually get 2 more meals before bed (if i need it) |
