cv training

can anybody give me a reason why you need to do cv apart from the obviouse to lose weight and to get fit. cv takes size of you but people still do shed loads of it some over the top. then complain they cant get any size. look my view is you dont need it you do enough in you training routine. the blood is bein rushed round the vital organs when you push the weights SO WHY WHY WHY.
