Thumbs down Shoulder has been out for a year.

Well, some of you know that I have been having problems with my shoulder. I thought it was the rotator cuff but found out by accident this was not the case.

I threw my back out over the last week and decided to go to the chiropractor and get it fixed. I happened to mention that I have had some shoulder problems for like lets say 1 year (dammit).
So he says lets look at it. He put me through a series of tests and said the rotator was just fine.
What does he do? He cracks my shoulder and put it back in place. All this time my shoulder was only out and I have insurance to fix it the whole time. That really bummed me out as I have been not doing bench and biceps as these hurt to do so I quit doing them.

He told me that my rhomboids were weaker than my chest and this is why my shoulder went out. The adjustment was yesterday and today I feel a lot better.

So for anyone of you guys that have shoulder problems you might be in the same boat as me and it would be worth a looksee using a chiropractor.

Just figured I would share this with you guys.

The Chiropractor said that he will help my lifts get stronger.
I believe him too as my shoulder feels so much better but still hurts a little as it has been out for a year.
Stupid me insurance and all and never considered the chiropractor. What a gold mine I stumbled apon.

Cheater, you probably do have the same problem as weightlifters are mostly alike.

The chiropractor gave me a rhomboid (sp) exercise where you walk into a corner and have you back against the V and with your elbos you lower your back into the V then push away from the walls. It kindof reminded me of like bent over rear delt raises but against the walls. I am going to start today doing them and I can wait to bench heavy again.

I went in for the back (still sore) and came out happier than I kid in a candy store. I almost kissed the guy. Now if I can only get rid of this nagging back pain.

Yea he is but his shoulder still hurts. That has gota suck. Funny thing (not really) is I always train heavier than him in every lift except bench press. He got hurt doing bench heavy. He was on cycle and going up like crazy and well you pretty much can figure out the rest by this thread. Hey Leanman how are you doing now? Has the pacemaker moved over to the correct spot?

Winger.......no not really mate it is now worse than the previous op, it seems to have moved closer to the armpit (which gives me less range of movement)

And also due to pressure on my chest it has pulled my shoulder out of alignment ie out of socket but it's ok cos i can get it back it easily enough. I have a my 6 week check up shortly looking forward to getting a speedy response on these things NOT!!
