Do any of you guys train HIT? i've only been lifting a while but ive heard its quicker results with less training then high volume? The way Dorian Yates trained. At the moment i just train 3 days on 1 off.

my training partner is doin it the dorian yates way and its workin for him he swares less is best . hes now about to do a 2 day split good luck and welcome aboard

yeah sounds good but my mate said if your new should give it time and start out with some powerlifting and compound lifts for strength. I think im gonna start that next month.
