Hello from Plymouth - Page 2 - UK-Muscle Body Building Community

I'm a bit of a Pilgrims fan myself, but it's Chelsea who I really root for! :-)

Thanks for the welcome lindaw and fozyspilgrims. I'd definitely like to stick around and gain lots of advice and hopefully some Plymouth bodybuilding friends into the bargain (well, that's one of my goals!)

Simon i live in plymouth and train at Stuarts gym, yes it is hardcore but we have a freindly atmosphere we have plenty of newbies in the gym pop down and give it a try mate...

I didn't know you lived in Plymouth, Pscarb! Where in Plymouth do you live? I'm at Higher Compton overlooking the A38. When would be the best time to pop down to the gym? Will Stuart be around? I'd love to meet him ... :-)

i live near tamerton mate lived there for 19yrs...

stuart will be around Mon/Thurs after 4.00pm and the rest of the week before 4pm when you go down either stuart will be there or lewis both will help you out tell them i sent you down mate...

yes mate no problems but would be better after the 31/05/2008 as this is my final show this year and i would be more talkative...

Back to Stuart Core's gym. Will I be welcome as a person who has never worked out before? I'm just a guy who used to do lots of cycling and now has let himself go a bit! :-)

simon mornin from liverpool mate. i frequent plymouth quite a lot . my wife was born and bred there. plenty of fights in our house over footy plymouth argyle and the mighty reds at anfield. actually heading down there in two weeks. cant wait to hit the clubsgreat placen mate. she wants to go back to live there so one day mate. welcome aboard the lads on the board give great advice and help as much as poss good luck mate.
