video of me ..........

and dont laugh been training hard for the last month and have been training to id say 75% of effort in the last 6 months, ive gained around 18lbs in that time and was and believe still am a skinny dude, but hopefully i will continue to improve and keep up the effort ive put in in the last few weeks. Only done a few exercises on this video at home in me garage, this was just because i couldnt get to the gym today so decided to film it for a laugh. My diets been mainly eatin good sources of protein from food and no supplements added at all as of yet

no aint run cycle or used supplements yet, why is my form terrible, i posted for advice you big massive brutus cretine! by you just tellin me my form is terrible aint gonna help me much is i, so which exercise was so terrible? i have a dodgy right arm aswell because i broke it when i was a kid and it wasnt operated on so it kind of grew a bit bent, u can tell on the bent over row

Apart from the bloody awful music the only thing I would pick up on is on your Bench Press and also Shoulder Press your not going all the way up your arms are still quite bent so you haven't completed the full movement. But other than that keep up the good waork bud.

Poor form on most exercises
Bent over row - bend over more, keep your back straight and slow it down squeeze your lats at the top
Shrugs - Slow it Down, hold at the top for a second or 2
In Fact just slow everything down
