 | Hello! Hello, I have finally joined UKM.... I am a member of some other boards, but I have been finding myself reading an awful lot on here now So it makes sense to join! I am 28, been training on and off for many years but got serious a couple of years back.... I have a small frame and I am quite short [5ft 8]! I bulked to over 14stone, then started a cut in Jan and I am now just under 13st and fairly lean trying to 'lean bulk'. My goals are to eventually compete - I have given myself a goal of 31-32 years old to get to that stage. My mind is like a sieve and I look forward to soaking up some more valued info.... | Re: Hello! Thanks for the welcomes! Right ... has anyone taken those steroid protein shake things... I have been told they make you grow as big a Vic Martinez in a month, I dont want to get that big so I will probably only have half of one a day.
