I'm posting this which was posted by Avril over on Ripped Glutes,please folks it would be great if even a pound was donated,these are a great couple Steph and Lisa,Steph has been such an ambassador for the sport we love,it would be fantastic thing if the bodybuilding community could pull together for them.


HI FOLKS,

LISA SINTON HAS ASKED ME TO POST UP A THREAD RE HER HUBBY STEPH, AS THERE HAS BEEN SPECULATION AND A LOT OF BULL BEING SAID ABOUT HIM.

STEPH HAS TAKEN ILL. HE HAS BEEN SUFFERING FROM HIS NERVES FOR A WHILE AND HAS NOW SUFFERED A NERVOUS BREAKDOWN. STEPH IS REALLY ILL AND WILL TAKE A WHILE TO RECOVER FROM. HE NEEDS ALL OUR SUPPORT.THE PRESSURES OF FAMILY PROBLEMS, THE GYM AND RUNNING A SHOW HAS CAUGHT UP WITH HIM. LISA ASKED ME TO SAY THAT THE NABBA SCOTTISH WILL GO AHEAD AS PLANNED, SO NO WORRIES ON THAT SCORE.
