 | No, sorry shoud have given more info. I think the thread title was just "tips" and it was someone asking how to develop shoulders. James Titor and others advocated squats for this and it went onto a discussion of why squats were good for shoulders. I'd written a reply to it, but when I went to post it it gave me an invalid thread error, and now it doesn't seem to be anywhere... The thread was only started today or possibly yesterday I think. Hope I'm not being blind or this will be really embarassing :o. Actually I just tried searching for my own posts, and my previous ones to that thread don't come up.    | This is what happened. The thread was started by james. Well james is really the future, future, the furure 2,3, 4, 5, the blade, and so on. This guy has been banned probably 10 times. Seems when a thread starter is banned he takes the whole thread with him. In the future (not psycho) I will delete the starter before banning him and lets see if this makes a diffrence. I wont put up with that guy at all. Sorry for the loss of thread and I will see if I can find it or we will make another one and repost. Sorry again for any inconvience but it was necessary.
