Went to some party friday night and ended up sleeping at my mates. Cant remember the party at all, just my mates face saturday morning when he noticed i had been sick all over his bed haha.

Was in bed all saturday being sick everytime i moved, all this stomach acid **** kept coming up. I ended up dragging my self to watch wigan warriors vs bradford n was sick there aswell.
Sunday night and i still dont feel right.

Can anybody beat this ?

Sign of a good night though dont you agree ? That i cant remember anything

Then have a quarter pounder meal from mcdonalds..........works a charm!!!

I would neck a can of irn bru too, dont know if you get that down south though?!

I don't go out drinking very oftern but when I do its bacon and egg sandwich with tom sauce. If I have slight hangover its under the grill. If my head is thumping its in the frying pan.

Im such a girl now , i cant bring myself to go drinking after 40 mins of cardio 5 days a week LOL . All i think about is putting it all back on

I couldnt. Yesterday morning i brought the water back up, about 4 times in the afternoon i did the same.

Bile is horrible aswell.

never had a hangover in my life. can drink all sorts and wake up with a headache from dehydration and that's it. few pints of water and i'm fine. only ever brought anything back up on the actual night of drinking aswell never the next day.
been in some terrible states though. parents went on hols last summer, got everyone round, i was found asleep with my head actually in the toilet half drowning covered in sick at 3.30 in the morning. woke up fine though...

If you want a hangover cure, go for a long run, will make you puke and will be bloody hard, but by the end of it...
