Re: workout music

Can we have a "Training Music" sticky? It would save the repetition?
Personally I don't listen to music while lifting weights, prefer to hear the sound of hard work. Doing cardio i normally listen to some hip-hop.

Re: workout music

I'm r&b and vocal dance man.

The Game - documentary

is a brilliant R&B work out cd in it's entirity. Try the "higher" track to get a flavour but the whole album is good in my book. Promo Urban also release good monthly R&B mixes. They release them a month in advance and it's got tracks that will become big over the next month or so. Like an advance preview of what tracks are coming out. Kanye west also has it for me.

Dance wise Hed Kandi - the mix 2008 is a brilliant 3cd comp of dance tracks.

I put a little play list together for my facebook page. Check it out if you work out near a PC.
