Techno normally, got a few mixes on my iPod by Dave Clarke, Adam Beyer, Robert Hood. And then sometimes bands aswell; Arctic Monkeys, Oasis, Milburn, Reverend and the Makers, Stone Roses. Stuff with attitude really

Normally whatevers playing in the gym, but now gonna put together a workout playlist

some that really fire me up are - Click click boom by Saliva, Pretty handsome awkward by the Used, Lay Down by Priestess, Foo Fighters the pretender, loads of rock mainly!!!

Fcuk, so I'm not the only one on here that likes decent music.

I can't be @rsed with music now as I don't do boring cardio (only interval stuff) & I cannot be bothered with continually replacing batteries.

When I did & could though, I used to listen to mixes by Steve Stoll, Michael Burkhat (sp), DJ Rush, Fumiya Tanaka & good ol' Jeff. Just what you need for tedious cardio.

Mostly ultra heavy death metal, but i have a 30g mp3 player so ive got a pretty broad selection, depends on my mood.

But the heavy stuff gets me going.

i got an ipod which i stick on shuffle, mainly hard rock heavy metal to drum n bass and hip hop, anything from metallica, machine head to 50 cent or dizzee rascal

i agree the heavy stuff gets you moving

for workout music I recommend european dance music....

it's ALWAYS the best motivational tool for me...

.....and you don't have to tell anyone at the office if u just listen to it on the mp3 player at the gym....
