MyProtein customer service
Anybody had any problems with them customer service wise?

I've been spending between £50 and £75 with them the past couple of months and had been really pleased with the service (apart from a bit of delay with the production of the orders)

Until this week, I ordered a dip belt from them and it didnt come through, I then received an email from myprotein saying they had the belt sent back to them by royal mail as the item had not been called for. I received no note through the door or anything from royal mail and they are normally quite good.

Was rather a short and stroppy email saying I would have to repay the shipping.

I responded that I would rather have the item refunded if that was the attitude they were taking and I was told I would either have to pay for the re-shipping or pay a 25% restocking fee!

I understand if royal mail c*cked up then it's not their fault but it's not mine either! In light of the fact I had every intention of re-ordering from them each month I was really ticked off. Has totally put me off them.

ive never had an issue with Myprotein. they are very good.

I must remember to order a scoop with my protein though :crazy:

well it shouldn't be if they sent mine and then got it back, think the 25% restocking works out at about £3.

Bit shortsighted IMO if I was going to be spending £600-£700 a year.

everyone has an off day mate and it is hard to tell what kind of tone people are using when you are reading an email (or a post on the forum) as bulk says give them a call.

If you had said that they had continually given you bad service then I would agree to stop using them, but since you have been using them for months and they have been fantastic up until this current order give them a ring and find out what the dillio

It's a tough one, you didn't get notification of a parcel and myprotien will have to pay to send it again. Obviously the mail company are at fault but i would be suprised they will accept responsibilty. I guess the fairest outcome is that you go halves on postage. Deffo give them a ring, i've spoke to customer services before and the guy i dealt with was exellent (which is rare these days)
