![]() ![]() | Re: TRAVELLING ABROAD AND TAKING SUPPS Treat yourself to some protein powder in single use sachets - more expensive than bulk powders but convenient for travel. Iv always thought it best not to travel with bags of unidentifiable powder in my luggage for obvious reasons!! Off to USA in couple of weeks for the Arnold and will take a days worth of cooked chicken for traveling and some frozen stuff in cool bag to cook when i get there. Tinned fish is easy to take (tuna, mackerel etc) protein powder sachets, protein bars, even a 1lb tub of protein is OK for traveling. Where theres a will theres a way!! |

| Getting HUGE! | Re: TRAVELLING ABROAD AND TAKING SUPPS Hey Phil, Careful with the meat coming into the USA, if they find it you will have it confiscated. Just take what you need for the trip and you will have to bin anything left over on arrival. They do have supermarkets in the States mate, didn't you know that!!! LOL J

![]() ![]() | Re: TRAVELLING ABROAD AND TAKING SUPPS Have just found out about the meat and veg not been allowed into the states - so will have to take my meals for the flight - minus any cuttlery!! and sort the rest out when i get to Columbus - I dont suppose i should have too much trouble getting low fat high protein food at the biggest body building event in the world now should I??!! I cant go eating junk for 3 days cos James will see me and then make me do low carbs and EVEN MORE cardio for weeks to come to make up for it! |
