Re: How many years of training does it take to look 'good'?

in my opinion it depends on how dedicated you are, and what your assumption of "lloking good" is. is that mens health cover of pro bb?

i think though, with proper training, rest, diet, supps you could go anywhere you want from any bodyweight within 5 years.

I myself dont always eat great, especailly at weekends and im doing ok...

FFs whay does everyone preach sh1t!!!

But the thing is m8,everyone is different and build different too..What works for you might not work for someone else etc etc...You just need to understand that there is no point IMO bulking up putting on 2-3 stones with very little muscle to show for then you need to strip it all off to see any kinda of difference..I have read some of the replies in this thread m8 and I hope you dotn adopt the attitude of some towards BB or diet etc as there will come a time when all that **** takes it toll and it will be a long time before you see your d1ck again,if you get what I mean(jelly belly)
Your still only young m8 and hopefully have many many years ahead of you but dont expect too much too soon as you could end up disappointed m8...All the best in your goals

What u on mate?? was not promoting anything, was telling it the way I KNOW it is.
If you want to bury your head in the sand thats up to you.
I am talking from experience are you?...
And if you read post properly i said "you can achieve better results with all factors being perfect"

Didnt realise this was a kiddies forum, perhaps we should all just talk rubbish and pretend about whats going on in real world.

Post your avvy up mate, lets see how well youve done
