No true mate, If you eat 'cheat' meals or snacks then you wont be hungry later and then cant eat the foods you need to eat to grow.

I think it takes aslong as it takes, you cant say for definate. Obviously, you'll a hell of alot more size on using gear, but ur diet has to be spot on and routine too if you wanna do it seriously.

Im 5'11'' 12 and half stone, at 19 is was 9-10stone, over 3 years ive put on almost 3 stone jus from eating crap and abit int gym. Obviously my metabolism has slowed right down.

I gotta work at it, probably just like alot of ppl ere!

Im going with 4 years of good training.
Ive seen new guys at the the gym alter body composition in months(NATTYS)and ive seen guys asissted who havn't altered do the same thing day in day out,I know 2 guys on the exact same cycle 1 grows very quick the other slower. genetics play a big part, followed by age nutrtion, training, and rest, all this in place then i cant see why half a stone is'nt achievable for a natty in a year, doesnt sound much add your 4 years up thats 2 stone

Im just getting opinions the thing is with me is that i know how to put on size but its holding it to get into condition which is a mission when done with help.

Re: How many years of training does it take to look 'good'?

IMO if a normal already well built guy did 6 to 8 months of productive training and then dieted right down to competition b/f levels could then compete .

He isnt gonna be a mass monster, but if he gets his diet right and is in awesome condition he could still look bloody good.

I saw a program on tv once where they took 3 normal people (2 male, 1 female) that didnt even train.

They were put on a super strict contest diet and strict training regime. You wouldnt believe the outcome, one guy placed 3rd in a first timers competition and looked pretty decent. Not a lot of mass, but shredded to fook.

Its 95% about the diet.

Re: How many years of training does it take to look 'good'?

why does everyone always say "diet has got to be spot on" thats a load of boll0x, if you take aas, especially in adequate doses you can make great gains without really changing much and going out on p1ss as well, ive seen it a million times with boyband wannabees over the years, train half heartedly, eat a **** diet, on p1ss weekends and still make good gains, and look pretty good
Sure they would make more\better gains with all factors being perfect, and they probnot good enough to compete, but how many people on this board are competing????
I myself dont always eat great, especailly at weekends and im doing ok...

I agree diet doesnt matter so much for an AAS user.

Also diet is not that important for bulking. ( you should see what i eat pmsl)

But diet is important for getting into contest shape, especially if your a natty and dont have peptides/thyroid meds/DNP etc to help .

But for bulking, imo most sell themselves short by worrying about eating so cleanly all the time.

agreed mate, but all these people preaching the "benefits of a perfect diet" prob weigh 12st and will never step on either a bodybuilding or PL stage in their life.
Some people have other things to do with their life other than count calories, macros and eat boring meals all day, so taking a few aas negate the need to be strict in all other aspects, and enable them to look good with minimal effeort, and why shouldnt they....
Just cause you eat clean and live like a monk gives you more right to take aas than someone who doesnt.....I dont think so, get off your soap boxes people lol

PMSL

There are too many 12 stone guys with perfect diets thats for sure.

But they wanna keep their precious abs you see

Never mind the fact they barely have a 40 inch chest and 14 inch arms lol

Everyone is scared to put on a lil fat.

Except me :preggers::preggers:
