Performance Cars
Hello gang

Anyone know where i can pick up a nice Performance Car for around £2000?

I know it`s a low price to get a nice car, but me and my Girl are looking to move to spain some time next year, so i dont really want to be getting out loans, or Finance as this will put a stop to that.

I was looking at a nice Toyota MR2, Twin Turbo, that Lorian pointed out to me, but it was £5000.

I've looked at the Maxpower and Auto Trader websites, but to be honest they are so crap to look throught, you need to know what your looking for

I dont mind what car it is, as long as it looks nice, and goes fast

Could get a pug 406 SRI 2ltre Petrol Turbo (150bhp standard) Tweak the turbo and your hitting 230bhp ish.

Or the V6 edition, pick one of them up for quite cheap.

how 'bout this for a top plan ..

get a Lotus Elise completely on finance, use your 2k to make the repayments for a year, then just before you move sell it and use the cash to pay off the remainder of the finance.

now is that a fantastic idea or is that a fantastic idea!

go for a bmw e30 325i sport...picked mine up for £2800 but mine has only 75k on the clock and is one owner so you should be able to get one for around £2000 and it will hold its worth when you come to sell it.

old car i know but great performance...rear wheen drive too ;)

Yeah that's right, the first MR2 turbo's 90-92 were 210bhp then from 93 onwards they came with a twin entry turbo which made the car 250ish bhp.

People advertise them as "twin Turbo" as they are either thick or trying to con someone

I really want an Integra Type-R but they cost about 8 or 9K. Don't really want to spend that much on a car
