Got cramps?

Lots of advice on this one, but for once I will keep this one short.

(1) teaspoon of yellow mustard will get rid of cramps.
It can be either the packets or just right out of the jar.
They dont know why it works but it might have something to do with the Turmeric in the mustard.

Is this any yellow mustard as there are so many types?

Oh man, it is the same mustard that goes on hotdogs....lol
It is pennies.
I am not sure what you guys eat over there but mustard is considered a condiment here in the states.
