True its not a sport but it seems that most of the entertaiments in my eyes focus more on how big they can get rather than the wrestling aspect.Roh everyday atheletes focusing on wrestling wwe more how you look and talk supposed to be entertainment yes but the wrestling aspect has all but disappeared.JW its not a dig at people who use substances more a dig on the way wwe is going eg batista khali cena do not entertain as much as jeff hardy shaun micheals rob van dam to name a few and their focus seems to be on the ring not their appearance in my opinion

TBH mate, i only watch it BECAUSE of the big guys like batista, if they were all jeff hardy size it wouldnt interest me at all.
If i wanted to watch technique and skill etc i would watch proper roman greco wrestling or something, but I personally just like to see the big guys smash the little ones lol

Agree Mega he's shocking on the mic but if they trained him up on the mic jeez it wouldn't take much. His in ring skills count for so much more imo.

I know it's the whole package but you could argue Jeff H aint that great on the mic which I don't think he is, but fark me when he's doing moonsaults off cages i'll take that over mic work all day long.

as for ROH everytime i've watched it's just a spotfest.

Drug testing: Pointless in sports entertainment - especially in it's current implementation i.e. test anyone that's not in the inner curlce, HHH, big Dave, Cena..

Jeffy Hardy mic skills: Are much much better over the lat 2 months, incredibly so. I think mic skills are half the game - look at the rock and stone cold, they were OK wrestlers (no better than Cena) - but their promos made them iconic and got the 9,000,000 ratings. So yeah mic skills are very important in the indstry - unless you want to remain an indy organisation selling out 500 seats a night.

In any case wrestling in my eyes has never been the same since 04, giving Bradshaw the title oh Jesus why - HHH holding it for a year of boring DQ matches. I'd much rather have Cena champ than either of those two. But what I would really like to see is The Rock or Lesnar come back.

I personally rate JBL as a heel, maybe he did hold it for a bit too long but I think he is awesome on the mic and can generate a lot of heat from the crowd. I would love to see lesnar come back but not quite sure how likely that is? Never say never in the wrestling business though! Would also like to see the rock return!
