IKON by Graham Masterton, was one of the best fiction books I've read, I might have to get another copy and read it again, very good book.

Just looked on Amazon, £35-£116 for a copy!

survival of the fittest by mike stroud-a biography of an endurance athlete/explorer-who happens to be a doctor,ie sahara marathon-walk to south pole with ranulph fiennes and lost 3rd bodyweight

soldiers and sherpas-brummie stokes-s.a.s first expedition to everest/biography-great book ,puts set backs into perspective

filth-this is by irvine welsh,absolutely superb book about bent coper(scottish) its great/sleazy as fcuk

paul britten 1st the jigsaw man and picking up the pieces-psychological profiler-fascinating and really interesting-i had sussed out huntley for soham before he became suspect

people wactching by desmond morris-this is body language bible

these are all great and i have read more than once-educational/interesting

You and me both, only chance we would have is if we read ancient hebrew and got a chance to look at the dead sea scroll and not much chance of that happening..
