If you like a glass of red wine by all means drink one on the weekend but having one each night is being an alcoholic who trys and pretends they are being healthy.

There is actually an area in france where people with a high saturated fat diet have less chance of developing heart disease.

It obviously nothing to do with the sat fat intake as that is healthy, but rather the excellent antioxidant protection form the amount of reservatrol (from the wine) in their diet.
