![]() | Starting again... I'm starting the gym tomorrow again after about 1-2 months off. Anyway, I'm going to eat more & get a better diet than last time as I really want to see some changes. To start off with I'm going to have a better breakfast rather than just cereal. About 10:30 some tuna sandwiches. 12:30 something like pasta with some form of protine added. 2:40 a Protine/carbs shake 3:40 Train Tuna sandwiches after workout Evening meal, potatoes, rice or pasta with a chicken, beef, lamb steak or something like that. Porridge & some protine before going to bed. Does this sound alright to start off with? I will mainly be using tinned tuna as a protine source because its cheap & doesnt need to be cooked. Or is to much of one thing not good? I will try & find alternative sources & get it sorted out better but as I'm starting again tomorrow its at short notice. cheers james |
