![]() | Newbie Here Hey Guys Newbie here ,currently been training since october at my local bannatynes in stepps near Glasgow and starting to get pretty hooked as im now training 6 times a week ive lost the innitial flab came down from 13st9 to 11st5 would like to lose another 1st and start to get ripped my chest is starting to form not bad at all any advice would be appriciated on getting the best results on my Arms and Abbs Any Help appriciated Cheers Stevie |
