If you had to choose to be lost in the jungle or desert island etc, who would you choose?

Ray Mears - Survival Man - well known TV bod, can find food anywhere, build you a boat (probably out of poo) and all round mr nice guy

OR

Bear Grylls - Top Hardman, SAS man, unarmed combat expert as well as as explosives, diving as well as the youngest man to climb everest.

the choice is up to you...................

Bear is a bit OTT for me, I'd go with Ray, the less dramatic option, Bear would get everyone killed trying to look good.

Agreed with that, Bear just seems to want to make a point of eating every thing:crazy:

He also always tries to climb the steepest part of the cliff he can find, and drink urine from dead camels, at least Ray sets a nice fire, a bit of roasted Iguana, its just all very pleasant,

I think they're both superb, but I think I lean towards bear a bit more.
Anyone seen the one where he squeezes the water out of elephant dung and drinks it.....yuck, made me heave.
Then again, I've had worse in my mouth but that's another story

I think they are more diferent than that Bear seems to be more short term, do what you have to, get out of there as quick as possible.

Where as Ray is more about living out there
