  | hows robsta healing???? just wondered how robsta was doin, havent seen him on for a while.i know he had his hernia op and he posted for a while.how ya doin rob?hope you are well. |

 | Re: hows robsta healing???? Hi fellas. Thanks for the concern but I'm fine now. Itching to get back in the gym, but not allowed for another 2 weeks, so it's eat like a pig and enjoy xmas until 2 weeks on monday. I can go straight back to lifting then apparently, but the pain has been absolutely immense. It is not so bad now, but whenI venture out the house, even walking the dog is painful once I've finished but it gets better every day. My broadband packed up on wednesday, and after having to pay a BT engineer £200 to come and bring a new homehub I'm back online, otherwise it wouldn't have been here until Jan the 10th. The actual operation was 4 hrs long and involved much more than a simple hernia operation, as it involved strengthening all above my belly button to my ribcage. I couldn't even pee rightly for over a week and had to keep going and taking an hour or so to try and wee. My abs still really ache but I'm getting much better and thanks for the concern......
