i have a double hernia at the moment which is inguinal both sides of my groin. i did it not by doing weights but by warming up with some leg raises. i must clearly be the biggest knob of all time!

hey Robsta, you'll get on fine mate.

I had mine done last December. The hardest bit is standing up straight i thought. Coz it stretches the abs out a little
