HELLO EVERYONE..
hi .. jus saw this site a couple of weeks ago.. have joined and honoured to be here.. please forgiv my english not too good but better than fabio..lol

i have been a african national champion in the heavy class and competed in japan once.. now have settled here with my wife and 2 kids..

im new to the training life in this part of the world.. back home we dont have supplyments (we hav them now but cannot affort them)..lol

training is not from magazine but from former building champions..

when i not doing a show my weight is 112kg and on show iam 98kg..

height 5 11''
arms 20''
waist 32''

i hope to learn from here and also help with wot i know trainin many years with only food and bars , no dumbells... when i walk into my gym here in uk i almost fainted as i never knew there were soo many tools to pump the muscle..


curently i weigh 115kg .. i never do wot you call cardio never did it even when gettin cuts in muscle.. im new to computer so please forgive my mistakes..
