thankyou everyone.. it feel very welcome here..

i will put up snaps soon.. i have to ask my wife...lol
how it works..

my body was not easy.. took alot of time..but i was lucky to work at the gym (when i left my job ) soo training was easy..

i trained only 3 days a week..

i will put up my training routine..that i used to get my bodies from 80kg to currently 11o kg..

and also my diet after i finish this..

i am friends wit some gentlemen who hav trained with mr yates and also some top amatuer friends.. who hav helped me..with knowledge on the chemical use.. i will also post my cycles up soon ..thankyou from my heart.
