| Who nicked my hair? | Re: best belt for lifting? I'd recommend your built in belt.... build your core strength up and then do your super lifting. Lifting with a belt from day one means that you will be weaker in the midsection.

| Who nicked my hair? | Re: best belt for lifting? i was always advised not to use a belt.. even when i was recovering from my suspected fractured spine... it looks like one that could support you though... i suppose it is personal preference between soft belts and thick leather ones...

I only use it for Inc Bench, Bent Over Row, and OH press really though.
