Re: christmas bulk up?

Unfortunetly i won't be as it's the busiest time of the year for me, i'll be cleaning up the sick after dropping off my clients at their Xmas party and homes.

theres always one a$$hole who doesn't drink all year and drinks way beyond his usual at the Xmas party and then pukes on my leather seats. i do charge £30 for my cleaning services on top of the cost of hiring the limo.

can't complain though as the customers are very generous with tips this time of year

Good man go for it mate..looking at your last pics u'll have no probs..Im looking to compete towards the middle of next year and hopefully get an invite to the Brits as it's in my home town, im putting alot of hard work in at the moment and trying not too put on unwanted weight so dieting becomes easier before the show.

Re: Christmas bulk up?

TBH i was asking the same sort of question the other day as well and i think i will be having Christmas day as my cheat day but still keeping my protein levels high!

I don't drink so thats a good thing for me otherwise i would have, i gave up drinking when i got into training about a year and half ago and TBH don't really miss it!

You have got to love Christmas though especially that Christmas dinner mmmmmmm :hungry:

Re: christmas bulk up?

I've got my diet planned for Feb - just after all the New Years Resolution Fatties have let the gym. I'll have a week of eating more or less what I want in moderation over Christmas, but with the time off I'll more than likely up the training to 5 times per week.

Re: christmas bulk up?

Now i'm back home my gym isn't very good so doesn't have squat / deadlift / bench and other pieces of equipment i use for my routine. Therefor i'm going to up my cardio and keep a cleanish diet to get bodyfat down.
