I see your point but leona is the only X factor contestant to span the pond so the main focus for the X factor is the uk. This years rabble are like pub singers compared to the last 2 years.

I think this year was always going to be a hard one after Leona Lewis last year, I think Leon seems to be very restricted to swing music which isn't the most popular IMO, so for me it's going to have to be the Welsh guy (I know his name just can't spell it).

i think the ginger welsh bloke will win it, but he hasn't got the x factor... i was thinking hope, but they got canned, nikki isn't in it really... too old... leaves leon but he is mediochre at best.

what i don't understand is when people slate others who can do something they cannot, Leon can sing he just does not sing like Leona.
why are you all going on about chart success there is much more to the music market other than our top 10..

Leona was an exceptional find you will not see the same for some time but this does not mean these guys are idiots who cannot sing....at least they have the balls to go for their dreams instead of wishing they did best of luck to them i say...

not calling them idiots at all ps. in the terms of the competition the whole point is that they are marketable to the main record buying public ie the 14-30 year olds. leons style suits the lounge set which is an older demographic.

the point to the comp is that the contestants have the x-factor this does not always mean the 14-30yr old market.....

all i am saying is that these people have done nothing wrong to anyone apart from chase their dreams if they do nothing else after this contest who cares at least they have tried leon used to work in a clothes shop i am sure his life is now changed for ever even if he does not win or make a number one record....

Hats off to them all, I know I could never do it. However; Leon really doesn't seem as though he has the X factor - he seems very morbid (may be nerves), but he's good at swing music, although swing isn't the 'X factor' is it.

Rhydian will win, IMO.
