Please pay attention to the extract below from the UKM rules.

I can think of at least 10 occassions in the last few weeks where these have been broken.

Obviously UKM is growing steadily and we are becoming the biggest board in the UK. One of these is due to the fact that we DO NOT ALLOW FLAMING. If you want to insult people then go to one of the other boards that are full up with tossers who have no interest in the sport and just want to troll away and call people names.

There are ways to have a discussion and I'm all for free speech but its the lowest form of intelligence to simply write 'you are a cnut' etc in a post

So please think about what you write. We have a very good group of guys on here and some very good debates.

Anyone who doesnt comply - I will tell Robsta9 that you called him a 'big girly man' and give him your address. LMAO

3.3. By requesting and being granted an account with UK-Muscle.co.uk you agree that you will not:

3.4. One warning "infraction" system - If a Mod or Admin warns you about your conduct on the forum, be it in posts or towards other members and you ignore them and persist then you will be banned regardless of who you are - no exceptions, no discussion.
3.5. Once an account is suspended it cannot be reinstated by anyone, other than administrators.
3.6. No "Flaming". Do not post any messages that harass, insult, belittle, threaten or flame another member or guest.
3.7. No "Trolling". Do not post any topic that disrupts the peace and harmony of this board. Don't create meaningless threads with the sole purpose of starting a dispute. This includes messages in profiles and signatures.
3.8. No "Spamming". Do not double post or cross-post the same message in multiple forums. You will not mass-PM or mass-email multiple members of this site with the same message. You will not post for the sake of increasing your post count or "rep" count.
3.9. No "Bumping" (Your threads/posts): Do not repeatedly bump your threads to try and get attention.

I hope it can be avoided, as that is the main reason I have all but left another large UK forum. As have most of the people that have come from the same forum.

Generally it is Squill, the mods do a good job here and although some people can have their moments the atmosphere as a whole is very good
