I tried to reply in another thread but its closed, Truewarrior i read you lost 1k through paypal, if you dont mind me asking how did that happen?
Paypal have got protection systems in place to stop scammers getting your money

i bought something,he ran off with the money,deleted his email account,emailed me saying he used a fake id and proxy servers and fake bank accounts,problem is proxy servers ain't jack when it comes to them vs paypals legal team,so eventually i should get my money back

depends how many proxies he used, if he used a chain of thousands of proxies, he's gonna be pretty untraceable

he didn't he's not that smart, plus paypal can just put pressure on his email company for his ip.

he may well have sent from a spoofed email address from a mail server 100000 proxies down the line......

You'll just have to wait and see mate, these people know what they're doing........

No offense mate but couple of things:

First you just won 10k through your faultless roulette system, and your 1k in debt, doesnt that mean you still have 9k sitting in the bank no?

Secondly, paypal, their buyer insurance only covers up to £500 odd, plus they dont continue to badger the person you were frauded by, they make an attempt to withdrawn the funds from his paypal account, if there are no funds in there, then you get nothing, if there is, you get what they can get from it.

plus if he deleted his email account (didnt think that was possible) but THEN emailed you boasting about his great fraud, surely youve got his new email address, tbh that smells like ****e, because no fraudster is going to get in contact with you after the fraud has been done, they cut and run.

no i've spoke to paypal ON THE PHONE and they have ASSURED me they will send bailiffs. he emailed me from a different address.

Thats very unlike paypal tbh, i know 3 of my friends have been scammed buying online, and twice there was no money in the scammers account, the other guy got like 3quid back out of 60.

well you now have another email address, i would go to the POLICE, and file a dispute for fraud, leave paypal doing what there doing, the police actualy have the power to get personal details from ISP or email providers, Paypal do not.

There's no systems for for roulette, the other night I spun 16 blacks in a row. With your system of doubling up you would have to double up to the table max and then play at the table max for 8 more spins to win anything. You obviously wouldn't win though and that ever so horrible pit of your stomach feeling of self worthlessness will return.

Bad idea getting family into it too mate, I wouldn't wish my addiction on anybody. I am in control for how long? Please knock all forms of gambling on the head. Already the initial investment is money that could have been saved.

There are safer, less risky ways out of debt my friend. Don't make the same mistakes I see people do every night

Good luck with it all and good effort getting life turned around
