UK-Muscle Hits 10,000 Members
Hey Guys and Gals.

Ok, recentally we hit 10,000 members which is great!

UK-Muscle.co.uk is now 4 years old and going from strength to strength and grows dramatically on a weekly basis.

Our traffic now is also humungous and we are getting new people into our community every day.

I would like to thank you all for your continuted support to UK-Muscle.co.uk as without all you guys, it would simply just be another website.

I like to think that we have helped MANY members here in there sports and bodybuilding goals, as well as social skills and making new friends.

I hope that you all enjoy UK-Muscle and I hope you can appreciate some of the stronger actions we have to take to keep things under control.

I try to keep the board running as smoothly as possible and manage to do this the majority of the time.

Also, I would like to thank our excellent moderation team which I believe to be one of the strongest out there.

Without them also, UK-Muscle would cease to exist and I cannot thank them enough for the work that they put into the board.

Please remember they are Unpaid and all information they provide is free and the time they put into the board to help members is there own.


So, on a final note, thanks again to each and everyone of you for supporting UK-Muscle.co.uk throughout the years.

Im a new member here and new to BBing before joining this forum i new nothing about diet training ect. I have learnt alot in the short time ive been a member.

This is the best BBing forum, alot of sound guys / girls and good advice given.
