  | Looking for Personal Trainer in Central London Hi Guys I'm now based in central london (City) and am looking to a decent gym and personal trainer. Been training for several years on and off but not seriously. Able to commit to training 4 times per week and probably looking for a PT at least twice per week. Looking to put on some serious muscle size and loose bf. Anyone here got any know of a good trainer or are a trainer themselves? Thanks for any feedback. |
